CCDR Endowment
In 1999, Cross-Cultural Dance Resources established an endowment fund with an initial gift from Ellen Kurath in honor of her mother, Gertrude Prokosch Kurath, and with a donation made in the memory of Yvonne Cootz. Yvonne was the editor of the UCLA Journal of Dance Ethnology and is fondly remembered as a dance ethnologist, performer, teacher, dance historian, and for her reconstruction of period costumes.
Funds from the endowment increase the capacity of CCDR to serve its mission and realize its goals. Your contribution to the endowment is money well spent toward an increased profile for dance research and outreach. Thank you for your valued investment in the goals of CCDR!
